Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using adlskiclub.org or joining ADLSKICLUB, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or join the club.

Membership

Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits are described on our memberships page. Online checkout through Shopify is coming soon — until then, membership is arranged directly through contact. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Trips & Assumption of Risk

Skiing and snowboarding carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By joining a club trip, you acknowledge those risks and agree to follow the guidance of trip leaders and local safety rules. ADLSKICLUB is not a licensed guide service, and trips are organized on a best-effort, member-to-member basis.

Code of Conduct

Treat fellow members, guests, and locals with respect on and off the hill. We reserve the right to remove members from the club or a trip for conduct that puts others at risk or goes against the spirit of the club.

Shop & Pro Deals

Member pricing on partner brands is shown only at checkout and in member communications, and is subject to each brand's own terms, pricing, and availability, and may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

The ADLSKICLUB name, logo, and the Shotski name and mark belong to ADLSKICLUB. Please don't use them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADLSKICLUB and its organizers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in club trips and events.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or membership after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
