Overview
ADLSKICLUB ("we," "us," or "the club") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit adlskiclub.org, sign up for membership, join the newsletter, or reach out to us, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you give us directly, like your name and email, through the contact form or newsletter sign-up.
- Membership details, such as the tier you choose. Payment will be handled by Shopify once online checkout goes live.
- Basic usage data collected automatically through analytics — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your questions, send club and trip updates through the Shotski newsletter, process memberships and shop orders, and understand how people use the site so we can keep improving it.
Cookies & Analytics
We use a small cookie to remember your cookie preference, and Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time, and our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit.
Third-Party Services
Membership and shop payments will be processed by Shopify once checkout launches. We may use a newsletter provider like Mailchimp to send the Shotski newsletter. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to run the club and meet any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at [email protected] or through our contact page.
Children's Privacy
ADLSKICLUB is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
